The guests of the talk titled “Gastronomy and Digital Twin Technology,” organized by the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program, will be Emre Karadeli, Founder & CEO of GastroBlue, and Ece Yılmaz Kabakcı, Project Customer Manager at GastroBlue.
The event will explore the intersection of gastronomy and technology, discussing the use of digital twin technology in the gastronomy sector, its contributions to production processes, and current developments in the industry. In addition, career opportunities in the fields of gastronomy and technology for students will also be addressed.
The talk will be moderated by Assist. Prof. Selda Karahan, faculty member of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Program.
