Within the scope of the meeting held at our University with the participation of officials from the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Directorate of European Union Relations, potential areas of cooperation were discussed across a wide range of strategic fields, including disaster management and resilient cities, Erasmus+ and European Union projects, democracy and urban policies, sustainability, waste and food management, elderly health, as well as artificial intelligence and soilless agriculture.
Project proposals presented by our academicians from different disciplines were enriched through the contributions and evaluations of the IMM representatives, laying the groundwork for the initiation of new collaborative working processes. We would like to thank all our academicians who contributed with their project proposals and participated in the meeting.
