Beykoz Vocational School of Logistics
The Advisory Board Meeting organized by Beykoz Vocational School of Logistics was held with the participation of sector representatives.
The meeting was attended by Ayhan Özekin, General Manager of the Liquid and Bulk Cargo Carriers Association; Figen Erez, Management Consultant at the Corporate Governance Association of Turkey; Yusuf Andiç, Chairman of the Board at Geleceğimiz Media Technology; Yusuf Küçük, Legal Counsel at QNB Insurance; Güray Tezer, retired Assistant Professor from Beykoz University; Selimcan Yıluğur, Co-Founder of Vrege Technology; as well as Ömer Faruk Gökdaş and Serdar Bakırdöken from Metro Istanbul Academy and TCDD.
In addition, Barış Çakır, Treasurer Member of the Board of Directors at the Istanbul Customs Brokers Association; Uğur Karakoç, Maritime Transportation Officer at the IMEAK Chamber of Shipping; Gülem Canbolat, Corporate Communications Manager at the Turkish Port Operators Association; and Muhammed Ali Şeyda, General Manager of the Shipowners’ Association, attended the meeting as observers.
During the meeting, key topics were discussed to enhance educational processes in line with sector expectations.

- Enhancing Erasmus and internationalization opportunities
The meeting provided valuable outputs for improving educational processes with contributions from sector representatives, while also serving as an effective platform to strengthen university–industry cooperation.
