Beykoz University continues to strengthen its international academic collaborations within the scope of the Erasmus+ Staff Training Mobility (STT) program. In this context, Dr. Mónica Brito, an academic from the University of Évora in Portugal, visited our University.
The visit was coordinated by Prof. Dr. Çeyiz Makal Fairclough, Erasmus Coordinator of the Faculty of Art and Design at Beykoz University, and Assist. Prof. Serap Nazır, Head of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. Within the scope of the program, Dr. Brito shared her studies on “Sustainability” and “Blue Tourism” with the relevant academic staff of the University, creating a productive academic interaction environment based on mutual exchange of knowledge and experience.
The academic exchanges and institutional contacts carried out during the visit made a significant contribution to strengthening the academic and professional cooperation between the two universities in line with the Erasmus+ mobility objectives. The visit also laid a solid foundation for potential joint projects and research activities in the future.
