MAXQDA Training Held as Part of the R&D Coordination Office Training Series

As part of the training series organized by the R&D Coordinatorship, a theoretical and hands-on training on MAXQDA, a widely used software for qualitative data analysis, was conducted. The training was delivered by Burak Varol, an academic expert in the field.

Throughout the program, participants had the opportunity to gain comprehensive knowledge about MAXQDA’s core features, data management, coding processes, analysis techniques, and reporting tools. Supported by practical exercises in addition to theoretical instruction, the training enabled participants to directly experience the methods presented and develop practical skills that they can apply in their own research.

The training provided significant value, particularly for academics working with qualitative research methods, by promoting a more systematic, efficient, and effective approach to data analysis processes. The hands-on activities and Q&A session held at the end of the program also contributed to participants’ ability to develop solutions to challenges encountered in their research projects.

As the Beykoz University R&D Coordination Office, we believe that such training programs play an important role in strengthening research capacity and supporting academic development. We would like to thank Burak Varol for enriching the training with his valuable knowledge and experience, and all participating academics for their interest and engagement.

The training series organized by the R&D Coordination Office is planned to continue with different topics in the coming period. Through these future training programs, we aim to further support the University's research and development activities and enhance academic productivity.
