Philosophy and Literature Club

Club Purpose

The Philosophy and Literature Club, established within Beykoz University, conducts studies related to Turkish and world literature, shares these studies, collaborates with different disciplines to foster an interdisciplinary environment at the university, promotes Turkish and world literature, and organizes various activities and events within this scope.

The club aims to participate in both national and international literary events, raise awareness in the field of literature, encourage reflection and engagement with this awareness, support students working in literature in every aspect, and provide professional guidance for students who may choose a career in the literary field in the future.

• Conducting promotional activities in the field of literature
• Increasing reading rates in society
• Conducting social awareness activities
• Providing professional guidance in literature with various guest speakers
• Carrying out interdisciplinary studies
• Commemorating past and present literary figures in Turkish and world literature, serving as role models for today and the future
