Yaz öğretimi kayıtları 27 Haziran 2022 tarihinde başlamıştır. Ders kayıtlarınızı ois.beykoz.edu.tr adresinden Ders Seçme ekranından yapabileceksiniz. Ders seçimleri iki aşamalı olacaktır.
- 27 Haziran - 5 Temmuz 2022 tarihleri arasında açılması istenen dersler için ön başvuru yapılacaktır.
- 7 Temmuz 2022 Çarşamba günü ön başvurular sonucunda açılabilecek dersler ilanı ilan edilecektir.
- 7 - 18 Temmuz 2022 tarihleri arasında açılabilecek dersler için kayıtlar yapılacaktır. Öğrencilerimiz bu tarih aralığında seçtikleri dersler için mali yükümlülüğünü yerine getirmelidir.
- Yaz öğretiminde açılması kesinleşen dersler 19 Temmuz 2022 tarihinde Üniversitemiz web sayfasında ilan edilecektir.
- Web sayfamızda ilan edilen derslere 19-21 Temmuz 2022 tarihlerinde de kurum dışından başvuru yapmak isteyen öğrencilerin kayıtları alınacaktır.
- Yaz öğretimi derslerinin başlangıcı 25 Temmuz 2022 Pazartesi günüdür.
Yaz Öğretimi Esasları;
- Çeşitli sebeplerle bazı dersleri alamayan, daha önce aldıkları derslerden başarısız olan veya başarılı olduğu dersin notunu yükseltmek isteyen öğrenciler yaz okulu başvurusunda bulunabilirler.
Yaz öğretiminde, sadece 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılında açılmış dersler için başvuru yapılabilir.
- Yaz öğretiminde açılacak derslerin belirlenmesinde dikkate alınacak asgari katılımcı öğrenci sayısı minimum 8’tir. Bu sayı yaz öğretiminde açılacak dersler ile mezun olabilecek olan öğrenciler dikkate alınarak ilgili Senato kararı ile ders/dersler bazında azaltılabilir.
- Açılacak dersler ilgili Akademik Birim Kurul Kararı ve Senato Kararı ile kesinleşir.
- Beykoz Üniversitesi Lisans ve Önlisans öğrencileri yaz öğretiminde en fazla 15 AKTS ders alabilirler. Mezun olma durumundaki öğrenciler ile genel not ortalaması 2.72 (çift anadal yapan öğrenciler için anadal genel not ortalaması) ve üstü olan öğrenciler 6 AKTS’ye kadar ilave ders alabilirler.
- Çift anadal öğrencileri yaz öğretiminde anadal ve ikinci anadal programlarındaki derslerden toplamda en fazla yukarıda belirtilen AKTS kredisi kadar ders alabilirler.
- Beykoz Üniversitesi Yüksek Lisans öğrencileri yaz öğretiminde en fazla 18 AKTS’lik ders alabilirler.
- Yeterli öğrenci sayısına ulaşılamadığı için açılamayan derslere kayıtlanan öğrenciler, açılmayan derslerin yerine, açılması kesinleşen diğer dersi/dersleri 20-21 Temmuz 2022 tarihleri arasında seçebileceklerdir.
- Öğrenciler, yaz öğretiminde dersin/derslerin açılmaması halinde almak istedikleri dersi, 19 Temmuz 2022 tarihinden itibaren AKTS kredileri aynı ya da daha fazla olmak, ders içerikleri eşdeğer olmak ve azami kredileri aşmamak koşuluyla ilgili akademik birim kurullarının kararı ile diğer yükseköğretim kurumlarından ders alabilirler.
- Öğrenciler daha önce aldıkları derse ait devam şartını sağlamış olsalar bile, yaz okulunda aldıkları derslere devam zorunluluğu bulunmaktadır.
- Yaz okulu, burslu öğrenciler dahil, ücretlidir.
- Yaz öğretimine kayıt yaptıran öğrencilere, açılmayan derslerin ücreti Mali İşler Müdürlüğü tarafından ilan edilecek tarihler arasında iade edilir. Açılan derslere kesin kayıt yaptıran öğrencilerin ödemiş oldukları ücret, devam şartına bakılmaksızın iade edilmez.

Subject: About 2021-2022 Summer School
Dear Students,
Summer school registration begins on 27 June 2022. You will be able to register for your summer courses from the Course Selection section over ois.beykoz.edu.tr. Please note that course selections for summer will be completed in two stages.
- Pre-applications will be made on 27 June - 05 July 2022 for the courses that you wish to be given.
- On 06 July 2022 Tuesday the names of the courses that can be given as a result of the pre-applications will be announced.
- Registrations will be made from 07 July 2022 to 18 July 2022 for the courses can be opened. The students will also have to fulfil their financial obligations for the courses they have chosen on these dates.
- The courses that are going to be opened for certain in the summer school will be announced on the website of our university on 19 July 2022.
- The students that wish to apply from outside of our university for the courses that are going to be opened for summer school can apply to take these courses on 19-21 July 2022.
- Summer school courses begin on 25 July 2022 Monday.
Summer School Principles;
- The students that have been unable to take certain courses for various reasons, failed the courses they have taken before, or wish to increase the grade of the course they have already passed can apply for the summer school.
Students can only apply for the courses given in the academic year of 2021-2022.
- The minimum number of participating students to be taken into account in determining the courses to be offered in the summer education stands at 8 students minimum. This number can be reduced on the basis of a course/courses by a relevant decision of the university senate, which might take into account the courses to be given in the summer school and the number students that can graduate as a result.
- The courses to be given are finalized with the decision of the Academic Unit Board and the Senate.
- Beykoz University undergraduate and associate degree students can take a maximum of 15 ECTS courses in summer school. The students who can graduate and the students with a GPA of 2.72 (as far as the double major students are concerned, their GPA for their major will be taken as basis for this criterion) and above can take an additional number of courses up to 6 ECTS.
- The maximum number of major and second major courses that the double major students can take at summer school is limited to the number of abovementioned ECTS in total.
- Beykoz University master's students can take a maximum of 18 ECTS courses during the summer school.
- The students that had registered for the courses that could not be given due to insufficient number of students in summer school will be able to choose another course/other courses that are certain to be opened on 20-21 July 2022 instead of the course(s) that could not be opened.
- When the course/courses the students wish to take are not given in summer school, the students, in line with a decision to be taken by the related academic unit boards, can take the course they seek to take from other higher education institutions as of 19 July 2022, provided that the ECTS credits are the same/higher, the course content remains equivalent and the maximum credits allowed are not exceeded.
- Even if students met the attendance requirement for a course they took before, their attendance for that course remains obligatory when they take it again in summer school.
- Summer school requires payments, including the scholarship students.
- The students that enrolled in the summer school will be refunded for any course(s) that could not be officially given at summer school on the dates to be announced by the Financial Affairs Directorate. However, the course fees paid by the students who registered for the courses that are officially given are not refundable regardless of the students’ attendance to these courses.
