Students from our partner universities can spend a semester at Beykoz University as Erasmus exchange students under our bilateral agreements.
After Erasmus students are officially selected by their home universities and reported to the Erasmus office, our office contacts the Erasmus students. After providing information about the academic calendar and courses, we inform the students about the required application documents.
Required application documents for incoming Erasmus students:
- Application Form
- 4 passport-sized photos
- Copy of passport
- 1 original Learning Agreement
- Transcript of records
- A letter or email confirming Erasmus student selection
- Travel health insurance (Not mandatory but recommended)
