Students of our partner universities can spend one semester at Beykoz University as an Erasmus exchange student, in accordance with our bilateral agreements.
After informing the Erasmus office that the Erasmus students have been officially selected by their own universities, our office contacts the Erasmus students. After informing the student about the academic calendar and courses, it specifies the application documents that the student should prepare.
Application documents required for incoming Erasmus Students:
- Application Form
- 4 photos
- Passport copy
- 1 original Learning Agreement
- Transcript
- Letter or e-mail stating that you have been selected as an Erasmus Student
- Travel Health Insurance (Not required, but reccomended)
