- Copy of Passport (including the visa approval page)
Documents to be Submitted to the Erasmus Office After Departure
To receive the remaining 20% of your Erasmus grant, you must submit all required documents in full to the Erasmus Office.
Documents to be submitted upon return:
- Certificate of Participation (Confirmation of Exchange)
- Training Agreement signed by the receiving organization
