- Training Agreement
- Grant Agreement
- Travel Insurance
- Copy of Passport (Copy of passport with visa approval page)
Documents to be submitted to Beykoz University Erasmus Office after the mobility is completed
In order to receive the remaining 20% of your Erasmus grant, you must submit your documents in full to the Erasmus Office
Documents to be received upon return;
- Confirmation of Exchange
- Training Agreement signed by the host organization
