Staff Mobility For Training can be carried out in partner higher education institutions, businesses or other relevant institutions and organizations abroad. Staff Mobility For Training activity makes it possible for any staff (academic or administrative) in a higher education institution to take part in a study abroad activity related to their daily work at the higher education institution where they work. Training events or on-the-job training may be the subject of the training activity.
Conditions for Participating in Staff Training Mobility
- Being a lecturer, manager, administrative staff in a higher education institution with EUD or being a staff member in the enterprise,
- Having an agreement between universities (No agreement is required between the university and the business),
- Having a work plan accepted by both the sending and the host institution (The business plan should be signed by the parties and should at least include the general purpose/objectives, content and expected results of the program to be realized)
