Staff Mobility for Training is a mobility program that enables staff employed at a higher education institution in Turkiye (holding an ECHE) to receive training in a program country. Within this activity, participants can enhance their skills related to their current job by taking part in various training opportunities, such as on-the-job training, job-shadowing, and observation periods.
For Staff Mobility for Training, if the mobility takes place in a program country, an Erasmus Agreement is not required. However, if the mobility is to a non-program country, an Erasmus Agreement is mandatory.
For Staff Mobility for Training, the duration of the activity is as follows,
- For mobility to program countries: A minimum of 2 consecutive working days, excluding travel days.
- For mobility to non-program countries: A minimum of 5 consecutive working days, excluding travel days.
- In both cases, the maximum duration of the activity is 2 months.
