Documents to be submitted to Beykoz University Erasmus Office before departure and Required Documents
You should be in contact with your Erasmus Faculty Coordinator and Erasmus Institutional Coordination Office throughout all your procedures.
Please request your Acceptance Letter or Invitation Letter from the university you will be visiting with the help of your faculty coordinator. This document is a necessary document to facilitate your visa.
After your Acceptance Letter or Invitation Letter arrives (the dates you will be at the opposite university should be specified in the document), forward these documents to the Erasmus Institution Coordinator's Office.
Fill in the Learning Agreement and the Academic Recognition Sheet. Both documents must be signed first by you and then by your Erasmus Faculty Coordinator and then submitted to the Erasmus Institution Coordinator for signature. The Learning Agreement must be sent electronically to the counter university for signature and approval.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Students studying abroad within the scope of the Erasmus+ programme pay the tuition fees for the semester to our University. They do not pay tuition fees to the university abroad.
You are required to make any changes regarding the courses you will take at your host institution within 1 month at the latest after your arrival. Please fill in the amendment section of the Learning Agreement by contacting your Erasmus Faculty Coordinator before the start of the courses, have it approved at the university you are attending and send it to your department coordinator electronically.
ATTENTION: The relevant procedure must be followed to make changes to the learning agreement.
The paperwork must be completed at least 2 weeks before departure in order to allow time to resolve any setbacks. It is recommended to finish the paperwork process before the summer holidays.
Documents to be submitted to Beykoz University Erasmus Office after the mobility is completed
In order to receive the remaining 20% of your Erasmus grant and to start the course recognition process, you must submit your documents to the Erasmus Office in full.

1. Confirmation of Exchange
2. Learning Agreement signed and approved by the counter institution
