This type of mobility enables academic staff with teaching obligations at a higher education institution in Turkey (which holds an ECHE) to teach students at a higher education institution in a program country that also holds an ECHE. It also allows joint academic/educational activities between the sending and host institutions. To benefit from Staff Mobility for Teaching, an Erasmus Agreement must exist between Beykoz University and the host institution.
Staff Mobility for Teaching is a day-based activity, and grants are provided based on the number of teaching days. Therefore, in the Staff Mobility for Teaching Agreement (Mobility Agreement), the teaching schedule must be specified on a daily basis.
The minimum duration of the activity, excluding travel days, is two consecutive working days, and the maximum duration is two months. To be considered a valid activity, the staff member must deliver at least 8 teaching hours during the mobility.
If the Certificate of Participation indicates that the participant completed the activity for less than two days (except in cases of force majeure) or taught fewer hours than required, the activity will be considered invalid, and no grant payment will be made.
