Beykoz University considers internationalisation as one of the fundamental pillars of its institutional development and, in line with its 2023–2028 Strategic Plan, aims to strengthen international cooperation across education, research, innovation, and societal engagement. The Erasmus+ Programme serves as one of the key instruments for achieving these strategic objectives.
Within the framework of Erasmus+, Beykoz University actively promotes student and staff, mobility and currently cooperates with higher education institutions in 19 countries. Expanding international academic partnerships in the fields of Logistics, Business Administration, Aviation, Computer Engineering, Digital Game Design, Political Science, and Psychology is among the University's strategic priorities. Beykoz University is committed to enhancing the quality of its existing partnership network while establishing sustainable, long-term collaborations in education, research, and innovation.
The University fully implements the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), ensures full academic recognition of mobility periods, issues the Diploma Supplement, and applies transparent and fair selection procedures. In line with the Erasmus+ priorities of inclusion, digitalisation, and environmental sustainability, Beykoz University actively utilises the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) and Online Learning Agreement (OLA) systems, promotes equal opportunities, and encourages environmentally responsible practices.
Beyond student and staff mobility, Beykoz University seeks to diversify its international academic collaborations, expand joint educational and research activities, and further promote innovative Erasmus+ initiatives such as Blended Intensive Programmes (BIPs). In this context, the University has successfully implemented its first Blended Intensive Programme and plans to develop additional BIPs across different academic disciplines.
Through the Erasmus+ Programme, Beykoz University aims to enhance the quality of education and training, strengthen its international visibility, foster the global competencies of its students and staff, and contribute to the shared values and objectives of the European Higher Education Area.
