Beykoz Vocational School of Logistics
The Head of the E-Commerce and Marketing Department, Lect. Saliha Uyak Çelik, and the Head of the Foreign Trade Department, Lect. Pervin Ahu Çerçi, from Beykoz Logistics Vocational School, attended the Regional Information Meeting organized by the Vocational Education Evaluation and Accreditation Association (MEDEK).
The meeting, planned for vocational schools that have applied for the accreditation process, was held on February 12, 2026, in Istanbul at the Yıldız Technical University Congress and Culture Center.
The opening speech of the meeting was delivered by Mehmet Sarıbıyık, Chair of the MEDEK Board of Directors. Within the scope of the program, information regarding accreditation processes, MEDEK Program Criteria, and evaluation stages was presented by İsa Vural, Chair of the Evaluation Committee (MEK).
In the later part of the program, Furkan Korkmaz, Vice Chair of the Evaluation Committee, shared technical information on the use of the MEDEK Portal and the preparation process of the Self-Evaluation Report (SER).
It is aimed that the knowledge and experience gained during the meeting will make significant contributions to enhancing the academic quality of our Logistics Vocational School, strengthening its institutional structure, and ensuring a more effective and systematic implementation of accreditation efforts.
