2021-2022 Güz Yarıyılı Lisans ve Önlisans Yarıyıl Sonu Sınav Programı

2021 – 2022 Eğitim – Öğretim Yılı Güz Yarıyılı yarıyıl sonu sınav programı aşağıdaki gibidir.

Lisans ve Önlisans Programları Yarıyıl Sonu Sınav Programına ulaşmak için tıklayın. (1-13 Şubat 2022) 

1. Sınav programını görüntülemek için ilgili linke tıklayınız. Ardından “Sınav Programı”, “2021-2022 Güz Dönemi Yılsonu Sınav Programı” nı seçiniz.
2. Programlara Göre Tablolar kısmından programınızı ve sınıfınızı “hafta” seçeneğini seçerek sınav programınızı görüntüleyebilirsiniz. Alttan veya üstten alınan dersler için lütfen dersin ilgili sınıfı seçiniz.
3. Sınavınıza ait yerleşke ve derslik bilgisi için programda dersinizin üzerine tıklayarak detaylarını kontrol ediniz.
4. Programda yer alan Derslik kısmında bir dersin birden fazla derslikte görünmesi durumunda hangi sınıfta sınava gireceğiniz bilgisi öğretim elemanlarınız tarafından OİS mesajı olarak sizlere iletilmiş olacaktır.
5. Yarıyıl sonu sınavı “proje veya ödev” teslimi şeklinde olan derslerin tarihleri için öğretim elemanlarınız ile iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

Yüz Yüze Sınav Esasları;

• Sınavlarda öğrenci kimlik kartı kontrolü yapılacağından, öğrencilerin kimlik kartlarını mutlaka yanlarında bulundurması gerekmektedir.
• Sınavlarda ilk 15 dakika çıkış izni verilmeyeceği için bu süre zarfında gelen öğrenciler sınava kabul edilebilecektir.
• Cep telefonlarınızın, akıllı saatlerin ve ders notlarınızın sınav sırasında yanınızda bulunmaması gerekmektedir. Bunun için her sınav salonuna konulan masalara, ders notlarınızın ve akıllı saatler ile telefonlarınızın kapatılmış olarak bırakılması zorunludur. Telefonların ve saatlerin kaybolması, düşmesi, kırılması vb. doğacak zararlardan tamamen sizler sorumlu olacağınız gibi kopyaya teşebbüs ve kopya çekme vb. gibi istenmeyen disiplin olayı ile karşı karşıya kalmamanız için telefonlarınızın ve akıllı saatlerinizin sınav günleri okula hiç getirilmemesi önerilmektedir.

Çevrim İçi (Online) Sınav Esasları;

• Sınavlarınıza https://online.beykoz.edu.tr/login/index.php adresinden, ilgili dersin içinden ulaşabilirsiniz.
• Her sınav ilan edilen saatte başlayacak, sınavlarınız, sorumlu öğretim elemanlarının belirttiği süre kadar açık kalacaktır.
• Uzaktan Eğitim sistemimizin işleyişi ile ilgili bütün videolara https://www.beykoz.edu.tr/icerik/3573-online-derslere-katilim adresi üzerinden ulaşabilirsiniz.
• Sınavlarla ilgili belirtilmesi gereken esasları hocalarınız sınava girmeden önceki sayfada belirteceklerdir. Lütfen bu esasları okuyunuz ve sınavınızı tamamladığınızda gönderildiğinden ve teslim edildiğinden emin olunuz.
• Lütfen ilan edilen sınav saatinde internetinizin ve bilgisayarınızın çalışır olduğundan emin olunuz. Sınav için sessiz ve uygun bir mekanı tercih ediniz.

2021-2022 Fall Semester Final Exams

The final exam schedule for 2021 – 2022 Fall Semester is as follows:

1. In order to view the exam schedule, please click on the related link and then select “Exam Schedule”, “2021-2022 Fall Semester Final Exam Schedule”.
2. By selecting your program, class from over the Tables by Programs and your exam schedule by selecting the option “week”. Please remember to select the class for the related course for the courses you have retaken from the previous semesters or the courses you have taken this semester now but were originally supposed to take in the future semesters.
3. Check the related details by clicking on the name of your course on the program to see the names of the campuses and classrooms for your final exams.
4. If more than one classroom is shown under the Classroom category for a course, your lecturers will send you an OIS message telling you which class you will take the exam in.
5. You can contact your lecturers for the dates and deadlines of the courses for which the final exam is given as “a project or a homework” if you take such a course.

Face-to-Face  Exam Rules;

1. You will have to show your student ID during the tests so, please keep your student ID on you at all times.
2. Because no one will be allowed to leave the exams in the first 15 minutes, latecomers that arrive in the first 15 minutes might be allowed to take the exam.
3. You are not allowed to keep your mobiles or any study notes during the test. So, you will have to leave your study notes and mobiles (turned off) on the tables reserved for that purpose in the classrooms where you take the test. You will be responsible for any damage that comes to your mobiles should they fall from that table or break etc. What is more, you may face disciplinary action due to cheating or attempting to cheat if you keep your mobile on you during a test. Therefore, it is best not to bring your mobile to the school on the days of the midterms.

Online Exam Rules

1. You can access your exams at https://online.beykoz.edu.tr/login/index.php within the relevant course.
2. Each exam will start at the announced time; Your exams will remain open for the period specified by the responsible instructors.
3. You can access all videos about the operation of our Distance Education system at  https://www.beykoz.edu.tr/icerik/3575-participation-in-online-classes address.
4. Your instructors explain the principles about the exams on the cover page before taking the exam. Please read these guidelines carefully and make sure that when you complete your exam, it is submitted and delivered.
5. Please make sure that your internet and computer are up and running at the announced exam time. Pay attention to choose a quiet and suitable place for your online exams.
