2021-2022 Bahar Yarıyılı Lisans ve Önlisans Ara Sınav Programı

2021 – 2022 Eğitim – Öğretim Yılı Bahar Yarıyılı ara sınav programı aşağıdaki gibidir.

Lisans ve Önlisans Programları Ara Sınav Programına ulaşmak için tıklayın. (11-22 Nisan 2022)

1. Sınav programını görüntülemek için ilgili linke tıklayınız. Ardından  “Sınav Programı”, “2021-2022 Bahar Dönemi Ara Sınav Programı” nı seçiniz.
2. Fakülteler kısmından fakültenizi, Programlar kısmından programınızı, sınıfınızı ve “hafta” seçeneğini seçerek sınav programınızı görüntüleyebilirsiniz. Alttan veya üstten alınan dersler için lütfen dersin ilgili sınıfı seçiniz.
3. Sınavınıza ait yerleşke ve derslik bilgisi için programda dersinizin üzerine tıklayarak detaylarını kontrol ediniz.
4. Programda yer alan Derslik kısmında bir dersin birden fazla derslikte görünmesi durumunda hangi sınıfta sınava gireceğiniz bilgisi öğretim elemanlarınız tarafından OİS mesajı olarak sizlere iletilmiş olacaktır.
5. Ara sınavı “proje veya ödev” teslimi şeklinde olan derslerin tarihleri için öğretim elemanlarınız ile iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

Yüz Yüze Sınav Esasları;

1. Sınavlarda öğrenci kimlik kartı kontrolü yapılacağından, öğrencilerin kimlik kartlarını mutlaka yanlarında bulundurması gerekmektedir.
2. Sınavlarda ilk 15 dakika çıkış izni verilmeyeceği için bu süre zarfında gelen öğrenciler sınava kabul edilebilecektir.
3. Cep telefonlarınızın, akıllı saatlerin ve ders notlarınızın sınav sırasında yanınızda bulunmaması gerekmektedir. Bunun için her sınav salonuna konulan masalara, ders notlarınızın ve akıllı saatler ile telefonlarınızın kapatılmış olarak bırakılması zorunludur. Telefonların ve saatlerin kaybolması, düşmesi, kırılması vb. doğacak zararlardan tamamen sizler sorumlu olacağınız gibi kopyaya teşebbüs ve kopya çekme vb. gibi istenmeyen disiplin olayı ile karşı karşıya kalmamanız için telefonlarınızın ve akıllı saatlerinizin sınav günleri okula hiç getirilmemesi önerilmektedir.

Çevrimiçi (Online) Sınav Esasları;

1. Sınavlarınıza https://online.beykoz.edu.tr/login/index.php  adresinden, ilgili dersin içinden ulaşabilirsiniz.
2. Her sınav ilan edilen saatte başlayacak, sınavlarınız, sorumlu öğretim elemanlarının belirttiği süre kadar açık kalacaktır.
3. Uzaktan Eğitim sistemimizin işleyişi ile ilgili bütün videolara https://www.beykoz.edu.tr/icerik/3573-online-derslere-katilim adresi üzerinden ulaşabilirsiniz.
4. Sınavlarla ilgili belirtilmesi gereken esasları hocalarınız sınava girmeden önceki sayfada belirteceklerdir. Lütfen bu esasları okuyunuz ve sınavınızı tamamladığınızda gönderildiğinden ve teslim edildiğinden emin olunuz.
5. Lütfen ilan edilen sınav saatinde internetinizin ve bilgisayarınızın çalışır olduğundan emin olunuz. Sınav için sessiz ve uygun bir mekanı tercih ediniz.

2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Term Midterm Exams

1. Please click on the link to view the exam schedule. Then choose “Exam Schedule”, “2021-2022 Spring Semester Midterm Exam Schedule”.
2. You can view your exam schedule by selecting your faculty from the Faculties section; your program and class from the Programs section; and the “week” option. For courses taken from lower semesters or from upper semesters, please select the relevant class of the course.
3. For campus and classroom information regarding your exam, click on your course in the program to view its details.
4. If a course is listed in more than one classroom in the Classroom section of the program, the information as to which class you will take the exam will be sent to you by your instructors over the OIS as a message.
5. You can contact your instructors for the dates of the courses whose midterm exam is in the form of "project or homework" submission.

Face-to-Face Exam Principles;

1. Since Student ID card checks will be carried out during the exams, the students must have their ID cards with them.
2. Since students will not be allowed to leave the exam room in the first 15 minutes of the exam, the students that arrive late in the first 15 minutes of the exam will be accepted to the exam.
3. You must not have your mobile phones, smart watches and any lecture notes with you during the exam. Therefore, it is obligatory to leave your lecture notes, smart watches and phones switched off on the tables placed in each exam room. Please keep in mind that you will be fully responsible for any damage that may come to your electronic devices including losing, breaking or dropping of them. In the same way, in order to avoid being faced with charges of attempting to copy and cheating etc. and any undesirable disciplinary incidents we strongly advise students not to bring their mobiles and smart watches to school at all on exam days so that they do not face unfortunate disciplinary incidents.

Online Exam Principles;

1. You can access your exams from the relevant course at https://online.beykoz.edu.tr/login/index.php.
2. Each exam will start at the announced time and they will remain available until the time specified by the instructors responsible for the course.
3. You can access all videos about the operation of our Distance Education system at  https://www.beykoz.edu.tr/icerik/3573-online-derslere-katilim.
4. Your instructors will explain the principles that should be noted about the exams on the exam page as an announcement before taking the exam. Please read these guidelines carefully and make sure your exam is sent and submitted once you have completed your exam.
5. Please make sure that your internet connection and computer are operational during the announced exam time. It is a good idea to pick a quiet and suitable place for taking the exam.
