With this understanding, the B'Support Student Support and Solution Centre has been established as a strong communication channel where you can directly share your requests, suggestions, satisfaction, and feedback.

Our Centre carefully evaluates all incoming requests, follows up on each case in cooperation with the relevant units, and works toward effective solutions. Our goal is not only to listen to your concerns, but also to resolve them quickly and efficiently, making your university experience more productive and enjoyable.

Mission

To strengthen effective communication, provide solution-oriented services, and increase institutional satisfaction by addressing students’ requests, suggestions, and concerns regarding the university through an accessible, reliable, and impartial approach.

Vision

To be a participatory and continuously developing communication and resolution centre within the university where students can freely express themselves and where issues are resolved transparently and effectively.


What Do We Do?
  • We listen to students’ questions and concerns and collect their wishes, requests, and complaints.
  • We explain the university’s rules and procedures.
  • We analyze and define requests and complaints.
  • We create a neutral environment between students to develop solutions to problems.
  • We demonstrate effective ways to cope with challenges.
  • We forward the questions or issues submitted by students to the relevant academic or administrative units through the BKYS system.
What Do We Not Do?
  • We do not take sides between students and the institution.
  • We do not report identified implementation errors and/or deficiencies to the University administration.
  • We do not provide legal advice.

  • B'Support Student Support and Solution Centre acts independently and impartially.
  • The Centre records and archives all applications.
  • The Centre keeps the identity information of applicants confidential.
  • The Centre does not conceal or cover up complaints.

How Does the Resolution Process Work?
  • Receipt of Application: Applications submitted by students (via the BKYS system or in person) are recorded.
  • Preliminary Evaluation: The content of the application is reviewed, and its subject and scope are determined.
  • Referral to the Relevant Unit: The application is forwarded to the appropriate academic or administrative unit in line with its subject.
  • Follow-up Process: The evaluation and resolution process is monitored, and coordination with the relevant units is ensured.
  • Resolution and Finalization: A solution is produced based on the evaluation carried out by the relevant unit, and the process is completed.
  • Feedback: The applicant is informed about the process and the outcome.
  • Confidentiality and Impartiality: Confidentiality, impartiality, and ethical principles are upheld throughout the entire process.

Your application will be evaluated within the framework of confidentiality and impartiality principles, forwarded to the relevant units, and the process will be monitored by our office.
