Our Mission
As Beykoz University Big Data Coordination Office, our mission is to systematically and holistically analyze the data generated in the areas of education and training, student lifecycle, quality assurance, stakeholder satisfaction, and institutional performance, and to provide reliable, consistent, and timely analytical support for managerial and academic decision-making processes.
Our Coordination Office operates across a broad spectrum of data, ranging from course evaluation surveys and monitoring of program learning outcomes to student application and enrollment processes, graduation and dropout analyses, stakeholder satisfaction measurements, and institutional performance indicators. We aim not only to report collected data but also to transform it into meaningful indicators that contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Through analytical studies that support the Plan–Do–Check–Act cycle, we contribute to enhancing the quality of education and training, increasing student success, and ensuring more effective management of institutional processes.
In all our activities, we adhere to the principles of data security, protection of personal data, confidentiality, ethical use, and institutional responsibility; we regard the production of accurate, reliable, and comparable data as our primary priority.
Our Vision
Our vision is to become a pioneering coordination structure that embeds a data-driven management approach as a permanent part of the institutional culture at Beykoz University and adds analytical depth to quality assurance and strategic planning processes.
We aim to contribute to the sustainable development of the University through monitoring educational processes, evaluating program performance, developing student recruitment and lifecycle analyses, and systematically tracking institutional performance indicators.
Through early warning analyses, trend evaluations, and integrated data reporting, we support the identification of risk areas and the strengthening of improvement processes.
In line with the principles of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement, we adopt as our core vision becoming the reliable analytical center of the University’s decision-support mechanisms and supporting institutional development through a data-driven approach.

As Beykoz University, we believe that education is a fundamental right for every individual. Accordingly, we regard it as our highest priority to ensure that all our students can participate in educational, administrative, physical, digital, and social environments in an equal, accessible, and inclusive manner.
With the “Directive on the Coordination Office for an Accessible University and Disadvantaged Groups,” adopted by our University Senate on 30 December 2025, we have structured our efforts within a more systematic, transparent, and sustainable framework.
The primary purpose of our Coordination Office is not only to address physical barriers, but also to identify the needs of students who face challenges in accessing educational processes due to socio-economic, cultural, linguistic, or digital factors, and to develop effective solutions tailored to these needs.
The primary objective of our Coordination Office:
We manage all these processes through accessible communication channels where our students can directly share their views, requests, and suggestions, adopting a participatory approach with the contributions of student representatives and our support commission. While carrying out our activities, we remain fully committed to the principles of personal data protection, confidentiality, and ethics, aiming to build an ecosystem in which every student feels safe and valued.
With the awareness that barriers often lie not in the physical environment but in perspectives, we would like to emphasize that no student at Beykoz University is alone in their academic journey. We will continue to work together to build a more accessible campus and a brighter future.

The Coordination Office operates with the aim of enhancing the knowledge, skills, and competencies of students as well as academic and administrative staff, enabling them to gain international experience and providing professional development opportunities abroad. Its primary objective is to expand students’ opportunities for education and internships abroad, support the acquisition of competencies needed during the transition from education to professional life, and strengthen the professional expertise and pedagogical skills of staff.
Erasmus mobility activities are carried out under two main categories: student mobility and staff mobility. Student mobility includes higher education students studying at a university abroad or undertaking internships at enterprises or institutions. Staff mobility involves academic staff delivering lectures at a higher education institution abroad, and academic and administrative staff participating in training, courses, or job shadowing activities for professional development purposes.
Since 2012, mobility projects have offered opportunities lasting between 2 and 12 months for associate, undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral students. In addition, blended mobility and short-term doctoral mobility programs provide physical mobility opportunities ranging from 5 to 30 days. For academic and administrative staff, mobility activities are implemented for periods ranging from 2 days to 2 months.
