Yaz öğretimi kayıtlarınızı 24 Haziran 2020 tarihlerine kadar ois.beykoz.edu.tr adresinden Ders Seçme ekranından yapabileceksiniz.
- OİS’ten ders seçimini yaparak mali yükümlülüğünü yerine getiren öğrencilerin ders kaydı kesinleştirilecektir.
- Yaz öğretiminde açılması kesinleşen dersler 25 Haziran 2020 tarihinde Üniversitemiz web sayfasında ilan edilecektir.
- Yaz öğretimi derslerinin başlangıcı 29 Haziran 2020 Pazartesi günüdür.
Diğer Yükseköğretim Kurumu Öğrencileri;
Özel öğrenci statüsünde mali yükümlülüklerini de yerine getirerek yaz okuluna kayıt yaptırabilirler. Özel öğrencilere, yaz öğretiminde aldıkları derslerin adını, kredisini ve başarı notunu gösteren bir belge verilir.
Misafir Öğrenci;
En az lise son sınıf öğrencisi olan ve bir yükseköğretim kurumuna kayıtlı olmayan kişiler, öğrencilik/mezuniyet durumlarını belgelemeleri ve mali yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmeleri koşuluyla, Misafir Öğrenci statüsünde yaz öğretiminde ders alabilirler. Bu öğrencilere yaz öğretiminde aldıkları derslerin adını, kredisini ve başarı notunu gösteren bir belge verilir.
Yaz Öğretimi Esasları;
- Çeşitli sebeplerle bazı dersleri alamayan, daha önce aldıkları derslerden başarısız olan veya başarılı olduğu dersin notunu yükseltmek isteyen öğrenciler yaz okulu başvurusunda bulunabilirler.
- Mezuniyet aşamasında olan öğrenciler ile normal eğitim-öğretim süresini tamamlamış ancak İşyerinde Uygulama Eğitimi dersini alamamış ya da aldığı halde başarısız olmuş öğrenciler, genel not ortalaması 1,50 ve/veya üzerinde olmak koşuluyla 2019-2020 Eğitim-Öğretim Yılı ile sınırlı kalmak üzere yaz öğretiminde, 22 AKTS’lik İşyerinde Uygulama Eğitimi dersini proje şeklinde alabilirler. Bu durumda olan öğrenciler İşyerinde Uygulama Eğitimi dersi ile birlikte maksimum 15 AKTS’lik diğer derslerini de seçebileceklerdir
- Yaz öğretiminde açılacak derslerin belirlenmesinde dikkate alınacak asgari katılımcı öğrenci sayısı minimum 5’tir. Bu sayı yaz öğretiminde açılacak dersler ile mezun olabilecek olan öğrenciler dikkate alınarak İlgili Yönetim Kurullarının önerisi ve Üniversite Yönetim Kurulu kararı ile ders bazında azaltılabilir.
- Beykoz Üniversitesi öğrencileri yaz öğretiminde en fazla 15 AKTS’lik ders alabilir. Mezun olma durumundaki öğrenciler İlgili Yönetim Kurullarının önerisi ve Üniversite Yönetim Kurulu’nun kararı ile 6 AKTS’ye kadar ilave ders alabilirler.
- Yeterli öğrenci sayısına ulaşılamadığı için açılamayan derslere kayıtlanan öğrenciler, açılmayan derslerin yerine, açılması kesinleşen diğer dersi/dersleri 25 Haziran 2020 tarihinden itibaren Öğrenci İşleri Müdürlüğüne başvuru yaparak seçebileceklerdir.
- Öğrenciler, yaz öğretiminde başvuru yaptığı dersin açılamaması halinde almak istedikleri dersi, 25 Haziran 2020 tarihinden itibaren AKTS kredileri aynı ya da daha fazla olmak, ders içerikleri eşdeğer olmak ve azami kredileri aşmamak koşuluyla ilgili akademik birim kurullarının kararı ile diğer yükseköğretim kurumlarından ders alabilirler.
- Öğrenciler daha önce aldıkları derse ait devam şartını sağlamış olsalar bile, yaz okulunda aldıkları derslere online devam etmek zorundadırlar.
- Yaz öğretimine kayıt yaptıran öğrencilere, açılmayan derslerin ücreti iade edilir. Açılan derslere kesin kayıt yaptıran öğrencilerin ödemiş oldukları ücret, devam şartına bakılmaksızın iade edilmez.

We are continuing 2019-2020 Summer Education as distance education.
You can conduct your summer educatin registration on ois.beykoz.edu.tr address from Course Selection screen until June 24, 2020.
- The course registrations of the students who select courses on OİS and fulfil their financial obligation will be finalized.
- The courses which are definitely going to be opened on summer education will be announced on June, 25, 2020 on The web page of our University.
- The courses of Summer School will start on June 29, 2020 Monday.
Students of Other Higher Education Institutions
They can register to summer school with special student status by fulfilling their financial obligations. A certificate is issued to the special students which displays the name, credits and achievement grades of the courses they have taken.
Extension Students
Persons who are at least high school senior students and are not registered in a higher education institution can take courses in summer education under Extension Student status, provided that they document their student / graduation status and fulfill their financial obligations. These students are given a document showing the name, credits and grade of the courses taken in summer education.
Principles of Summer Education;
• Students who cannot take some courses for various reasons, fail the previous courses or want to increase the grade of the course they have succeeded can apply for summer education.
- The minimum number of attending students to be considered in determining the courses to be opened in summer education is 5. This number can be reduced on a course basis by taking the courses to be opened in the summer education and the students who can graduate into consideration, by the recommendation of the relevant Administrative Boards and the decision of the University Administrative Board.
• Beykoz University students can take a maximum of 15 ECTS courses in summer education. Upon graduation, students may take up to 6 ECTS additional courses upon the recommendation of the relevant Executive Boards and the decision of the University Administrative Board.
• The students who are at the graduation stage and the students who have completed their normal education period but could not take the Practice Training at Workplace course or have taken but failed this course, provided that they have a cumulative grade point average of 1.50 and / or higher can take 22 ECTS Workplace Practice Training course as a project only limited to 2019-2020 Academic Year at summer education. Students in this situation will be able to choose a Practice Training at Workplace course as well as other courses which will have 15 ECTS at maximum.
• Students who are registered in courses that cannot be opened because the number of students cannot be reached will be able to select other courses / courses that have been finalized by applying to the Student Affairs Office as of 25 June 2020.
• Students can take courses from other higher education institutions with the decision of the academic unit boards regarding the condition that they want to take in the summer course, if the course they are applying for cannot be opened, with the same or more ECTS credits as of 25 June 2020, the course contents being equivalent and not exceeding the maximum credits.
• Even if the students fulfill the attendance requirement for the course they have taken before, they have to attend the courses they take at the summer education online.
• Students who register in summer education will be refunded for the courses that have not been opened. The fees paid by students who have registered to the courses opened are not refundable, regardless of attendance.
