The Directorate of Administrative Support Services is in charge of all kinds of support activities such as maintenance, repair, cleaning works and security of university buildings and facilities for the purpose of providing a more comfortable education environment for our students.
The primary activities of the Directorate of Administrative Support Services can be listed as follows:
- Planning vehicle organizations of the university,
- Performing works such as cleaning, security, lighting, heating, cooling, maintenance – repair,
- Planning and supervising student shuttles offered under the responsibility of the university,
- Performing maintenance – repair works of university vehicles,
- Executing subscription formalities of all university buildings and facilities (electricity, water, telephone, natural gas),
- Assuring supervision of daily works.
