Duties, authorities and responsibilities of the Directorate of Construction and Technical Works, which is in charge of activities related to constructing or having constructed all kinds of buildings, facilities and physical locations that are related to performance of education – teaching, cultural and sports services of the university and for meeting basic necessities (health, nutrition, accommodation), are as follows:
- Building new buildings and blocks, including open sports facilities, as needed in addition to existing indoor and open spaces,
- Repair and restoration of existing buildings and facilities,
- Preparing architectural, static, mechanical and electrical projects related to construction, restoration and major repair as well as supply of infrastructure facilities and installations,
- Carrying out acceptance formalities and taking delivery of constructed buildings and facilities.
